Holiday Return Extension (Nov 20–Dec 30 Orders Only)

To make holiday gifting easier, all orders placed between November 20 and December 30 qualify for an extended return and exchange window until January 31.

Holiday return eligibility:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resellable condition
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging, when possible
  • Customers remain responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective

Standard Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Live Your Life Gear purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely happy, we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resellable condition
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging, when possible

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund or send your exchange promptly.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

At Live Your Life Gear, we want your order to reach you quickly and with care. All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

  • Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days
  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size

Order Processing:
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

International Orders:
At this time, we do not yet offer international shipping.
