Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

How long does delivery take?

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days after processing
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — at this time, we only ship within the U.S.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please email us at liveyourlifegear@gmail.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address.

 

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In resellable condition
  • With original tags attached
  • In the original packaging (when possible)

Who covers return shipping costs?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

When will I receive my refund or exchange?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund or send your exchange promptly.

Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
